This policy applies to you if you are employed by us (i.e you have a Contract of Employment). This policy does not form part of your contract and can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Below are some general terms of use for our reward cards:

• Reward Cards can only be used for personal use in your free time

• Reward cards are only valid in St Austell Brewery or Bath Ales managed sites

• Reward Cards are not to be used if you are claiming costs back as part of an authorised business expense

• The card remains the property of St Austell Brewery and can be cancelled at any time for any reason

• Reward cards cannot be used in conjunction with any voucher or any other offer

At the end of your employment reward cards must be returned to the People Team and cannot be used once you have left St Austell Brewery.

If you retire from St Austell Brewery and you are a member of our Defined Benefit Pension, also known as a Final Salary Scheme, you will be entitled to retain your Team Reward Card for life, as a reward for the years of loyal service you have given to us.

50% off accommodation at any managed site. All bookings must be made through our Central Reservations team (reservations@staustellbrewery.co.ukor 0345 241 1133). You must quote your Reward Card number when making your reservation. If you order food and drink throughout your stay, you must produce your discount card when ordering, if you transfer the bill to your room without showing your card the discount will not be applied. You must settle your bill before departing the site. All our other standard terms and conditions apply when making a reservation.

• Maximum group size of four, to include the card holder, over a maximum of two rooms

• For bookings more than two weeks in advance, reservations will only be accepted is occupancy is less than 50%

• For bookings less than 2 weeks in advance, reservations will only be accepted if occupancy is less than 90%

• A minimum charge of £46 per night will apply and we will not discount below this

• This offer is not valid during the following peak times;

o Easter Holidays

o May Half Term

o Mid July –Mid September

o Festive Period

o Any other peak times as specified by the site’s general manager

Reward Cards are a discretionary benefit granted to staff members. If a member of staff is found to be in breach of any of the terms of this policy or are deemed to be abusing the benefits provided by the reward card it will be revoked. There is no right to appeal this decision.
