We are seeking an LGV Driver to join our award-winning distribution network and be part of the team at our Ilfracombe Distribution Centre based at St Austell Brewery, Mullacott Business Park, Ilfracombe, Devon, EX34 8PL. As a dedicated member of the Distribution team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and timely while maintaining St Austell Brewery's fantastic reputation across the South West.
You will be responsible for preparing the lorry for delivery and accurately verifying the contents of inventory loads against load sheet documents, reviewing all delivery instructions to support service standards, completing all documentation promptly and accurately as required, ensuring that the vehicle is loaded safely according to load document, collecting and sorting all deliveries to make the most efficient use of the service and for optimum safety, ensuring that all legislation relating to driving is complied with, including a CPC card and ensuring the vehicle is safe and legal for the road by undertaking and logging routine checks of lights, tyres, oil, water, etc.

This role will require you to work a 45-hour week on an annualised hours scheme Monday to Friday, with four Saturdays included in the contract. Start times can vary between 5.30am and 7.30am, while finish times vary from 3pm to 6pm.
