TERIYAKI TOFU BITES
Tofu remains a popular choice for those on a plant-based diet, it being high in protein, minerals and vitamins. While it can be served in several different ways to enhance the texture and taste, our favourite method remains to add a crisp golden coating. These little crispy bites of heaven rest on top of a bed of beautiful Asian slaw, with tangy Teriyaki sauce for dipping. If you’re yet to try tofu, there’s no better way to treat your tastebuds!

RHUBARB & APPLE CRUMBLE
What could be better than a crumble on a frost-filled day this January? Warm your soul with this seasonal flavour combo of rhubarb and apple – it’s sure to be a knockout every time. And, did we mention it’s also gluten-free?
To enjoy, simply ask your server for the vegan crumble – topped with decadent vegan Chantilly cream, the perfect pairing with this winter warmer.
