T he countdown to summer is well and truly on. Kicking off in just a few months, we’re beyond excited for a jam-packed summer, including the feel-good après-sea vibes of Skybar Cornwall and beyond.
With Watergate Bay first up, we’re rounding up our favourite selection of Skybar events that you can catch korev at this year.
What could be better than savouring a true taste of the coast while watching the sunset before dancing into the early hours? An exclusive night out, Skybar is certainly not one to be missed.
Skybar Watergate - 26th, 27th & 28th May
Is there a better way to spend your bank holiday weekend than celebrating the start of summer at Watergate Bay? Set on the cliffs above Newquay’s two-mile golden stretch of sand, home to some of the best surf in Cornwall, head up from the beach for an unforgettable night as the sun begins to set.
Enjoy experimental and fresh tunes from High Contrast on Friday night, with his debut album True Colours recognised as one of the greatest D’n’B records of all time. Saturday sees Sam Supplier take to the stage, one of the busiest DJs and sure to deliver a high-energy night. And finally, Gok Wan to conclude your bank holiday weekend in style – it’s a weekend like no other you’ll experience this year.
Wash down the weekend with a few pints of korev and keep the feel-good vibes going long into the night.
Skybar Chew Magna – 7th & 8th July
Just outside Bristol, escape the city rush and settle into our sunset sessions. While you might not be able to see the big blue on the horizon, the après sea vibes you’ve come to love from Skybar have certainly made their way to Chew Magna.
Bringing a taste of the coast, we’ll be serving up korev into the early hours.
Gather your best friends in this great location to hear some of the very best music. An exclusive night out, plan the highlight of your summer and begin the countdown.
Skybar St Agnes - 25th, 26th & 27th August
Head to the home of Skybar. The St Agnes clifftops held the first event back in 2015, and 2023 sees it return for an 8th year over the August bank holiday weekend. While the full headline has yet to be released, Jungle Cakes are set to explode onto the scene on Friday the 25th to get the party started. Watch the golden sunset over the rugged coastline before the evening really begins.
Tickets for Skybar’s home event are always a popular one, and with tickets just £25 at the moment, they’re sure to be snapped up quickly. Buy in February, and you’ll receive a special code to redeem a pint of korev too – the perfect accompaniment to your night dancing away on top of these breath-taking cliffs.
Skybar Feast Nights - Various Dates
New for 2023, throughout summer Skybar with be holding three special feast nights to make your evening all the more memorable.
On arrival, you’ll receive a drink to see you relax into the evening before sitting down to a delicious meal, prepared by some of the best chefs in the South West, all before a trademark evening of Skybar entertainment. In high demand, register your interest to stay up to date with the very latest.
Worried about the weather? The Skybar team are prepped for a little of our famous Cornish mizzle should it come creeping into summer, so you won’t have to worry the weather changing your plans!
Skybar Croyde - 8th & 9th September
Following an incredible 2022, Skybar is returning to Croyde just before the chill of autumn hits. See out your summer in style with an unforgettable weekend.
Friday sees the return on Craig Charles, guaranteeing to get the party atmosphere off the ground before Danny Howard takes to the decks on Saturday evening.
