On the nose there are notes of dried fruits and nuts, with hints of oranges and grapefruit. The palate is soft and well-rounded, with touches of honey on the long finish. The colour is straw yellow with flecks of gold.
Made under the watchful eye of master winemaker Stefano Chioccioli (winner of multiple 100 point wines from Robert Parker) this wine is an indulgent and contemporary twist on classic Grillo. Made using dried and partially dried grapes to add intensity and texture.
