This is a pale salmon-hued elegant sparkling wine from Cloudy Bay. Raspberries, cranberries and ripe wild strawberries dominate the nose, along with red florals, rose hip and marzipan-like notes. Soft citrus notes keep the palate fresh and balanced.
Established in 1985, Cloudy Bay was one of the first wineries to venture into Marlborough and to introduce New Zealand wine to the UK market.
