For this vintage, the wine producer Terrazas de Los Andes included Cabernet Sauvignon that grows in the Uco Valley, an area considered to be too cold for a variety which enjoys warm temperatures. Once again, nature defied the odds and the result achieved a remarkable ripeness and great natural acidic wine.
