The perfect serve

Smoky French Martini: 25ml Laphroaig 10YO, 25ml Chambord, 50ml Pineapple juice, 10ml Lemon juice. Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds, strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with a fresh bramble.
