Formed using 31 different herbs, spices and fruit. Intense rich warming nose reminiscent of cologne, bergamot, bitter orange rind and liquorice. Palate is dry, rich, masculine and robust with an underlying spicy bitterness.

Herbs, spices and citrus are steeped in a netral eau de vie before being added to a base wine to create a delightfully dry white vermouth.

The perfect serve

25ml Rosso Vermouth, 25ml gin, 25ml Campari, ice. Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass or jug with ice. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold. Strain into a tumbler and garnish with a slice of orange.
