Citrus fruit characters delivered with a crispness and elegance that is unusual for a Vermouth and excellent for an aperitif
A blend of 21 herbs and spices, many picked in and around Knightor, are used in our rosé vermouth. Many classic herbs were used such as Wormwood [Artemisia absinthium], Bay [Laurus nobilis] and Fennel [Foeniculum vulgare], plus some more unusual, herein lies the key to the elegance, complexity and a little bitterness.
50ml Knightor Rosé Vermouth, 50ml soda water, ice. Add a few cubes of ice to a whisky glass or small tumbler, then add Knightor Rosé Vermouth, top up with 50ml soda and add a slice of orange.
