Placing an order

How can I place an order?

You can place an order any either of the following ways:

• If you are registered for online ordering you can login place your order online

Have you received my email order?

Once you have submitted an order form or emailed your order to us and we have processed it, we will reply via email to you to let you know it has been received and when you will be expecting to receive the order.

What’s my order cut off time?

The cut off time for most customer orders is 5pm the day before your allocated delivery day (*Please Note: there are a small number of exceptions to this rule, but we will tell you when your account is set up, if you fall outside of our next day delivery service) but we do ask where possible if orders can be placed preferably before 5pm.

Any Isles of Scilly customers need to place their order by 5pm on a Monday.

How can I register for Online Ordering Wholesale Drinks?

If you are a current customer, please speak with your Sales Development Manager, who will be able to arrange this for you.  

If you want to register as a new customer, call our Customer Support line on 0345 241 1122.

I can't see any product prices

If you cannot see any product prices, then you may not be logged in. If you are registered for Online Ordering, then use the 'login to my account' link to login.

Scheduled downtime - what to do if we are improving the website

Occasionally we need to take the website offline to launch some new features, or to do some system maintenance. If this is scheduled to happen, we will endeavour to notify users in advance or use a pop-up box to let you know when the site will be accessible again.

What are my delivery days?

Your delivery day will depend on where you are located. Please contact us for your specified delivery days:

I’ve placed my order for delivery today but it still hasn’t arrived?

Deliveries are made anytime between 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact us if you require further information:

I have had incorrect items delivered.

Do you take away empty casks / kegs?

If you have purchased the beer from us then when you next speak/email the Telesales office let them know that you have empties to collect and they will process a ‘Collect Empties’ ticket so the draymen are aware that there are cask/kegs to be collected.


How can I get hold of statements, proof of deliveries, credit notes or invoices?

Please email salesaccounts@staustellbrewery.co.uk to request copies of statements, invoices, credit notes and delivery notes. Alternatively, customers can also phone in on the main number 0345 241 1122 and select option 4 to speak to accounts.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use it or get refunded?

If you have a credit on your account, our Telesales team can arrange for it to be added to your next order or to be refunded to you.
