Estrella Damm has a pale golden, amber hue with a bright long lasting head made of fine white bubbles. It has a fruity aroma of mainly grape and orange, but also contains some notes of berries, peach and banana; coupled with cereal and hops. A crisp entry leads to a smooth, clean medium-bodied pale malt palate. The beer has characters of caramel, vanilla and nut as well as fresh flowery and gentler spicy hop notes. It is mildly bitter with a clean citric persistence and finishes with a long, crisp fade.
Light and refreshingly drinkable with a perfect balance between fresh grainy maltand subtle fruit, rounded off with a peppary bitterness and a clean finish.
