We want our people to feel supported from day one and our in-house inductions have been created with that in mind.

Our Learning and Communications platform THRIVE will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge whilst on the move. You can search for a wide range of learning content that targets your own development and keep up to date with all company news from across the business. THRIVE enables you to connect with other teams, share knowledge, socialise, and champion what's happening around the business.

We do this in a few ways. We issue a confidential listening survey twice a year to understand how our teams feel about working for St Austell Brewery, seeking feedback when you start, throughout your time with us, and when you leave. We also have various networking groups designed to hear from a wide range of teams across the business on a range of subjects, sharing ideas and providing feedback, influencing business decisions and creating an inclusive and fair culture for all.
