We are excited to be launching a series of brand-new dishes across our Managed Houses that have been inspired by the feedback of our guests and the places we call home.
Owning and running such a diverse collection of destinations across the West Country is something we take great pride in. From coastal havens to traditional rural inns and vibrant community hubs, it goes without saying that there can be no ‘cookie cutter’ approach to satisfying the needs of each location.
I t has long been our vision to create great experiences all year-round at each of our pubs, inns and hotels.
As such, our new menus have been carefully crafted and tailored to suit the environments we seek to create at each setting; be it the laid-back luxury of the Pedn Olva in St Ives, the sumptuous steakhouse offering at Samuel Jones in Exeter, or the fast-paced buzz of The Ship in Plymouth.
The provenance of ingredients is key, and we source quality local produce where possible from suppliers in the South West. Every menu features fresh seafood, an improved vegan selection, revamped pub classics, and stylish crockery that makes each dish ‘pop’ from the plate.
While the identity of our menus has been led by the Food team at St Austell Brewery, there remains plenty of scope for our chefs to get creative and showcase their personal flare in the kitchen. Keep your eyes peeled for changing specials each week that cater to local palates, as well as tasty seasonal additions throughout the year.
