Passion Fruit Martini
With its tangy passion fruit twist and smooth, velvety vodka base, its easy to see why a Passion Fruit Martini is so popular.
Ingredients:
- 45ml Absolute Vanilla
- 25ml Passion Fruit Puree
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup
- 1 Pineapple slice
- 1/2 Passion Fruit
Instructions:
Muddle one slice of pineapple in a shaker. Add Absolute Vanilla, passion fruit pulp from half a passion fruit, vanilla syrup and passion fruit purée. Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the half passion fruit floating and serve with a shot of Champagne.
Chambord Gin Berry Fizz
The Gin Berry Fizz is a perfect addition to your cocktail repertoire.

Simply take a wine glass and add Chambord and a pink gin of your choice Then add ice and fresh lemonade to top it off. Finally garnish with fig slices and a sprig of thyme.
Cornish Strawberry Fields
A Strawberry Fields cocktail is a vibrant burst of sweet, juicy strawberries and zesty citrus.
Ingredients:
- 15ml Cornish Pastis
- 25ml Tarquins Cornish Gin
- 10ml Elderflower Syrup
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Soda Water
- 2 fresh Strawberries (sliced)
Instructions:
Place the Pastis gin, elderflower syrup and lemon juice in a rocks glass. Add a few blocks of ice and 4 slices of strawberry. Stir for about 30 seconds. Fill the glass with ice, top with soda water and garnish with a few more slices of strawberry.
Bombay Bramble
This simple twist on a modern classic beautifully demonstrates the inherent fruit flavours found at the heart of a Bombay Bramble.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Bombay Bramble
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
- Fresh lemon wedge, blackberries and thyme sprig
Instructions:
Add Bombay Bramble, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup to a rocks glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a fresh lemon wedge, blackberries and a sprig of thyme.
