New to the trade?
Pre-Entry Awareness Training (PEAT) is an e-learning package that identifies the main issues which need to be considered and investigated before signing a pub tenancy or lease agreement with us. It is accredited by BIIAB, the Ofqual regulated awarding body which is part of BII, the professional body for the licensed retail industry.
The programme costs £20 + VAT and will take on average 2 hours to complete. Successful candidates will be provided with a BIIAB certificate to confirm that they understand the obligations and responsibilities of taking out a tenancy or lease.
