FROM COAST TO CASK
Founded in 1851 as Walter Hicks Wine & Spirits, our story began with a spirit of independence and a passion for great hospitality. Just over a decade later, Walter brewed his first pint at the Seven Stars Inn and laid the foundations for what would become St Austell Brewery.
Nearly 175 years later, that same pioneering spirit continues to shape who we are. From crafting award-winning beers to welcoming guests into our growing family of pubs, we’re proud of our past and excited about what’s to come.
